vice president, manufacturing and supply
Brett Cooley is the vice president of Chevron Oronite Manufacturing and Supply, a position he has held since June 2023. He oversees Chevron Oronite’s six additives manufacturing facilities and the supply chain management team for the Chemicals business.
Brett joined Chevron in 2002 as a plant support designs engineer at the Pascagoula, Mississippi refinery. Since then he has held a variety of positions with increasing leadership responsibility in operations, maintenance & reliability, and technical in both the Pascagoula, MS and Richmond, CA refineries.
Prior to his current role, Brett was the deputy managing director of Chevron’s Eurasia Business Unit in Kazakhstan. He returns to Chemicals after having served as general manager of Oronite’s Oak Point manufacturing plant and the Americas M&S region for three years before his Eurasia assignment.
Brett holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
