SAN RAMON, Calif., March 3, 2025 - Chevron Oronite is proud to be the gold sponsor and present at F+L Week: Conference & Exhibition, which will be held March 13-14 at The Laguna Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia. The theme for 2025 is “Energizing Tomorrow: Pioneering Sustainable Solution in Fuels and Lubricants” and attendees are welcome to learn more about Chevron Oronite’s additive solutions at tabletop 18 in the Balai Raya Ballroom.

 

Eugene Ng, APR general manager of sales & marketing, Chevron Oronite will present “Looking back to Look Ahead” on Wednesday, March 13 at 11:10am. By looking back on the changes that shaped the industry, Ng’s reflections will underscore the importance of adaptability, collaboration and innovation in navigating the future of the lubricant value chain.


Emmanuelle Faure-Birchem, global product line manager – AEO/VM/SE, Chevron Oronite, will present “Chevron Oronite’s Solutions for Automotive Lubricant Additives to Meet Lower Carbon Requirements” on Thursday, March 14 at 2:20pm. Faure-Birchem will share Chevron Oronite’s latest advancements in lower carbon lubricant additive solutions, focusing on H2 ICE, hybrid and plug in hybrid vehicles. This presentation is a follow-up from last year's conference and will include details on additive and lubricant formulations, as well as test data that demonstrates the compatibility and effectiveness of these solutions in achieving lower carbon outcomes while maintaining performance and reliability.


Chevron Oronite will also be showcasing our innovative technology through two poster presentations during the cocktail poster session on Thursday, March 13 at 6.00 pm. 

 

• Sally Chiew, regional product line manager – Industrial, Driveline & Fuels - APR, Chevron Oronite, will present the poster “Development of Electric Driveline Fluids for Optimal Field Performance”. Chiew will highlight Chevron Oronite’s latest advancements in Electric Driveline Fluids technology and the challenges of optimising lubricants for a rapidly evolving industry. 

 

• Rajagopalan Padmanabhan, regional product line manager - AEO/VM/SE - APR, Chevron Oronite, will present the poster “Chevron Oronite’s Lubricant Additive Solutions for Biodiesel Usage in Heavy-duty Applications”. Padmanabhan will share the results from Chevron Oronite’s recently completed biodiesel field trial that validates the compatibility of our additive packages with biodiesel.

 

In addition to these exciting presentations, Chevron Oronite would like to proudly celebrate Eugene Ng as award recipient of the prestigious F+L Asia Person of the Year 2025. This award recognizes Ng’s leadership, contributions and the significant impact throughout his respected 30-year career with Chevron Oronite and the lubricants industry.
